I don't know if you have winrar on your computer, it's the program you need to unpack .rar files. Don't worry if it's not there, if you google it you can download it for free. You install the program, you download it and it will most likely open in winrar - then you'll see the files that are in there. You select the files and then click 'Extract To' - a screen opens and you can choose the location where you want the files to go. It's such an easy program to use.
